The operation of our program is administered by the AA Committee. It convenes shortly after team selection in the fall with its Annual General Meeting (AGM). Regular meetings are then held approximately every two months; the executive board and certain committee positions continue through the off-season to facilitate operation and upcoming season items.
During the season, two members from each team are expected to attend meetings and volunteer for specific committee or executive board roles (which are usually held for a term from October to September). Managers are also encouraged to attend committee meetings (though not mandatory).
